I am looking at the universe from an ant hill.
All speculations about what this is are dreamed up in this mind.
I know no thing, except the amazingly direct, intimate experience of this happening.
The art of not knowing creates my world, it guides me through the flow of creation and decay.
From the depth of my not knowing every thing becomes mysterious and sacred.
Every time I wake up in the simplicity of this, it simply is as it is, life happening.
THIS is the miracle.
I work with mixed media - pigment, sand, binders, paint, print, collage and more.
I often use stuff I find during walks with my dog: a branch, rusted iron,
a piece of cloth and any thing that creates a tangible surface.
I love the honesty of things that fall apart and become unrecognisable.
I also work with photography, digital imaging and printing techniques.
